The meeting point between Progetto Città and the EVS..The Ludoteche..
Since its constitution, Progetto Città manages services of the Ludoteca, attributing to this type of service a strong educational value and cultural. We do not think the Ludoteche as a “Baby-Parking” but as a space intentionally oriented at a ludic ecology that enhances the overall game experiences.
The educational value of Ludoteche consists in fact in the normality of the game, A normality that wears experiences and different expressions but that many children in their daily lives, rich of gadgets playful but devoid of game played, they do not know. The second core of the toylibrary is a cultural one: the goal that the service arises is also that of defending and spreading the “culture of games” in its social expressions, anthropological, materials.
This is in fact the place where you take care of games and toys, enhancing the most original expressions, even those of different cultures, operating accurate selections and rigorous reviewing, treating these materials such as texts that in practice the game develop the frames of their possible meanings, as “open works”.
