Je vais me présenter pour ceux qui ne me connaissent pas!


“Je m’appelle Marilyn, j’ai 18 ans et je vais vous présenter mon projet. J’ai décidée de prendre une année sabbatique pour pouvoir voyager ! J’ai obtenue mon Baccalauréat Professionnel en Juin 2014, et j’avais pour projet de partir dans un pays anglophone pour améliorer mon Anglais, pour avoir moins de difficulter pour rentrer et apprendre en fac de langues.”

Partir à l’étranger comme moi

“J’ai décidée de faire des recherches personnelles. Passer par la mission locale, l’espace jeunesse, internet … Je voulais faire fille au pair, mais j’avais trouver quelque chose de bien plus intéressant. Travailler un an dans une association avec des enfants, avoir des cours de langues, des meetings avec des personnes intéressées par ce projet. J’ai donc prise contact avec le SVE (Service Volontaire Européen) de la ligue de l’enseignement de Bourgogne (je pense qu’il y en a un à chaque département). On m’a donc avoué qu’il n’y avait plus de place dans les régions anglophones et que les personnes et projets avaient déjà été préparés, mais je ne baissais pas les bras, je voulais vraiment partir. On m’a donc proposé la Roumanie ou l’Italie. J’ai toujours voulue visiter l’Italie, j’ai donc choisie ce projet.”

Papiers à signer, à avoir

“

  1. Tout d’abord, j’ai du modifier ma carte vitale, car je possédais le statut étudiant, et vue que je ne l’étais plus, il fallait donc que je remplisse un formulaire etc … Ce traitement dur un mois

  2. Après ce traitement fait, il est absolument IMPERATIF de faire une demande de carte vitale européenne!

  3. Lors de votre entretien avec le SVE français, vous devrez signer plusieurs papiers. Par exemple, en cas de décès en Italie (j’espère que cela ne m’arrivera pas) vous devrez faire un testament le montant est montrée sur la feuille à signer. Lors de l’écriture de celui-ci, vous devrez mettre le nom et prénom, adresse précise de la/les personne(s), ainsi que le pourcentage de don.

  4. Vous devrez “peut-être” changer de mutuelle. Le SVE m’a proposé la mutuelle AXA, qui est très bonne d’ailleurs, et s’assure de s’occuper du moindre problème santé (opticien, médecin, dentiste …) Si vous possédez une mutuelle famille comme moi vous pourrez la garder étant donné que l’assurance AXA est personnelle. Vous signerez votre mutuelle lors de votre rendez-vous avec le SVE français.

  5. Vous aurez trois attestations à signer (une pour vous, le SVE france et l’organisation en Italie) qu’eux signeront en retour. Laisser votre attestation à l’orgnisation française, elle vous la fera parvenir lorsque vous serez à l’étranger car vous avez besoin de toutes les signatures. “

Je pense que j’ai tout dis!

“J’ai donc été mise en contact avec une personne qui c’est occupé de moi. Avant de pouvoir voyage, il était impératif d’être selectionner par l’organisation italienne et de voir si l’eventuel projet nous intéressait. La personne qui s’occupe de moi en France m’a donc envoyé le lien (uniquement en Anglais) et j’étais vraiment vraiment motivée à faire tout ça. Après lui avoir donné ma réponse elle m’a demandée de faire un CV et une lettre de motivation en Anglais pour ensuite lui envoyer afin qu’elle transfère ma candidature à l’organisation italienne. L’attente de ma réponse était un peu longue mais une fois ma réponse obtenue tout c’est passé extrêmement VITE ! J’ai été mise en contact avec une personne en Italie (qui parle très bien Anglais) on à pu communiquer; et m’a annoncé que j’étais acceptée dans le projet ! J’ai donc pu communiquer avec elle sur les choses à savoir, ainsi que la personne qui s’occupe avec moi en France, ce qui était important de faire, les papiers à signer etc … “

CONCLUSION

“J’ai fais la demande de mon projet 3 mois avant de partir (j’ai été documentée un peu tard). Il est important de savoir que ce projet ce prend bien plus à l’avance ! Prennez bien contact avec le SVE dès possible, il possède même une page Facebook je crois (je n’es pas le lien). Il y a une multitudes de choix dans les pays, pays européen bien entendue. Réfléchissez bien si vous voulez vraiment partir, car les dates des projets peuvent variées, entre 6 mois et 12 mois, ce sont des périodes assez longues. Il faut que vous soyez prêt à laisser vos amis, votre famille, votre environnement, pendant une très longues périodes. En tout cas c’est une expérience vraiment enrichissante que je vous conseille VRAIMENT de faire!”

Papers to sign, to have

  3. During your interview with the French EVS, you will have to sign several papers. For example, in case of death in Italy (I hope it will not happen to me) you will have to make a will the amount is shown on the sheet to be signed. When writing this one, you will have to put the first and last name, precise address of the person (s), as well as the percentage of donation.

  4. You will have to “maybe” change of mutual. The EVS offered me the mutual AXA, which is very good by the way, and makes sure to take care of any health problem (optician, doctor, dentist …) If you have a mutual family like me you can keep it because AXA insurance is personal. You will sign your mutual at your appointment with the French EVS.

  5. You will have three certificates to sign (one for you, the EVS France and the organization in Italy) that they will sign in return. Leave your certificate to the French organization, she will send it to you when you are abroad because you need all the signatures.

“So I was put in touch with someone who is busy with me. Before being able to travel, it was imperative to be selected by the Italian organization and to see if the eventual project interested us. The person who takes care of me in France sent me the link (only in English) and I was really really motivated to do all that. After giving her my answer she asked me to make a CV and a letter of motivation in English and then send her to transfer my application to the Italian organization. The wait for my answer was a bit long but once my answer was obtained everything went extremely fast! I was put in contact with a person in Italy (who speaks English very well) we could communicate; and told me that I was accepted in the project! So I was able to communicate with her about things to know, as well as the person who deals with me in France, what was important to do, the papers to sign etc … ”

CONCLUSION

“I asked for my project 3 months before leaving (I was documented a bit late) .It is important to know that this project takes much more in advance! Get in touch with the EVS from possible, it even has a Facebook page I think (I’m not the link) There are a multitude of choices in the countries, European countries well understood. Think carefully if you really want to leave, because project dates can vary, between 6 months and 12 months, these are quite long periods. You have to be ready to leave your friends, family, environment, for a very long time.

In any case it is a really rewarding experience that I really recommend doing!”
