OBIETTIVI

PROMUOVERE L’IMPRENDITORIALITA’ GIOVANILE poiché i volontari saranno accompagnati sia in un percorso di conoscenza diretta dei nostri servizi e dell’organizzazione cooperativa, sia verso l’approfondimento di come si puo’ avviare un’impresa giovanile Ev Start-UP!

PROMUOVERE IL VOLONTARIATO GIOVANILE E LA CITTADINANZA EUROPEI

offrendo ai giovani volontari la possibilità di entrare in contatto con altre culture, imparare nuove lingue, collaborare al miglioramento della nostra comunità locale.

NUMERO E IL PROFILO DEI PARTECIPANTI

6 giovani provenienti da PORTOGALLO, SPAGNA, FRANCIA, REGNO UNITO, GERMANIA E UNGHERIA da piccoli paesi o da sobborghi delle grandi città, in attesa di trovare lavoro e desiderosi di mettere a frutto le loro capacità e competenze e apprendere direttamente sul campo una valida metodologia di lavoro nel settore educativo e della prima infanzia.

I POTENZIALI BENEFICI A LUNGO TERMINE

Rafforzamento della consapevolezza dei giovani savonesi dell’appartenenza all’Europa e delle opportunità offerte dal programma ERASMUS+ e crescita della cooperativa nell’accoglienza dei volontari europei.

OBJECTIVES

COUNTER YOUTH UNENPLOYMENT: Welcoming young volunteers waiting to employment, by providing them with a direct opportunity to comment on the field, how do you design, proposes and manage our centers. Promote the youth entrepreneurship since the volunteers will be accompanied both in a path of direct knowledge of our services and of the organization Cooperative, both toward the study of how you can start a company Ev START-UP!

PROMOTE THE VOLUNTARY YOUTH WORK AND EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP

Offering the young volunteers the opportunity to come into contact with other cultures, learn new languages, collaborate to the improvement of our local community.

NUMBER AND PARTICIPANT PROFILE

6 young people from Portugal, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Germany and Hungary from small countries or from the suburbs of large cities, Waiting to find work and eager to put their skills and competences and learn directly on the field a valid methodology of work in the field of education and early childhood.

THE POTENTIAL BENEFITS IN THE LONG TERMS:

Strengthening of awareness among young people of Savona of belonging to Europe, about opportunities offered by the ERASMUS+ program and the growth of the cooperative in the reception of European volunteers.
