Scambio europeo Londra 2015/2016
Nell’anno 2016 è stato possibile selezionare ed inviare due volontarie savonesi a Londra in un progetto avente come finalità lo sviluppo di competenze linguistiche e attività in asili nido londinesi, e di inclusione sociale di fasce deboli. La durata dei progetti è stata di sei mesi durante i quali le volontarie hanno usufruito di vitto e alloggio gratuiti e rimborso quasi totale delle spese di viaggio oltre a un pocket money mensile di £106.00

I volontari Rumeni giàà sul posto.
Ruoli
I volontari Italiani, Spagnoli e Francesi: supporteranno gli educatori all’asilo nido per organizzare le attività dei bambini. Preparando merende e pasti, i volontari personalizzeranno le loro lezioni assistendo i bambini e imparando la lingua tramite: giochi, canzoni, filastrocche, storie. Ci sarà la possibilità di frequentare l’Equi-Visions offices per l’addestramento iniziale di base.
I volontari Rumeni: saranno volontari nel progetto “Equi-Vision’s offices” i cui ruoli saranno specificati nel punto n.2.
Prima mansione: è una mansione molto creativa, creare l’Equi-Vision website, opuscoli e materiale digitale da caricare su Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn e creare una nuova piattaforma Equi-Vision mantenendola regolarmente aggiornati e ricercando contenuti per un nuovo portale europeo on-line.
Seconda mansione: E’uno ruolo di supporto per l’amministratore con funzioni amministrative, conseguendo riunioni e regolari visite negli altri centri, l’amministrazione dei relativi progetti, sia informatici che cartacei, compresa la ricerca di nuove opportunità per i giovani telefonando e cercando offerte di lavoro on line.
Competenze richieste: Per i volontari Francesi, Italiani e Spagnoli un interesse e passione riguardante i bambini, una buona attitudine ad imparare e a fare gioco di squadra. Conoscenza base della lingua Inglese.
5 ore lavorative tutti i giorni esclusi fine settimana.
Competenze richieste: Per i volontari Rumeni, competenze informatiche (come specificato nella prima mansione), attitudine a sperimentare nuovi programmi, conoscenza base dei mezzi di comunicazione, predisposizione ad imparare ed insegnare nuove cose. Preferibile un’alta attitudine a venire incontro a ragazzi che vivono realtà socialmente difficili. 5 ore lavorative tutti i giorni esclusi fine settimana.
European Exchange London 2015/2016
In the year 2016 it has been possible to select and send two Savona voluntary in London for a project having as their objective the development of language skills and activities in kindergartens in London, for the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups. The duration of the projects was six months during which the volunteers have received free room and board and reimbursement almost total travel expenses in addition to a pocket money monthly £106.00.

Roles
Italian, Spanish & French volunteers: will be supporting nursery assistants to organise activities for children. Preparing snacks and meals, the volunteers will also create their own lessons to assist children in learning their language using, games, songs, nursery rhymes, story telling. There will also be an opportunity to attend Equi-Visions offices for basic admin training.
Romanian volunteers: will be volunteering in Equi-Vision’s offices the roles will be split into 2.
Role 1: is very much a creative role, creating an Equi-Vision website, brochures and uploading data to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and creating new Equi-Vision platforms and keeping them updated regularly and researching content for a new European online platform.
Role 2: is very much an admin type role supporting the administrator with admin duties, attending meetings and visits to other centres. Also developing admin related systems, computerised and paper based. Also researching new training opportunities for young people, making telephone calls and researching job vacancies on line.
Skills: For the French, Italian and Spanish volunteers an interest in children, good attitude, willing to learn and be part of a team. Basic level of English and willing to work at least 5 hours a day. Week ends Free.
Skills: For the Romanian volunteer s, Computer skills especially for Role 1, not afraid of trying new programmes, basic communication, willing to learn and try out new things. Pleasant in attitude as they will be meeting other young people with social issues. Willing to work at least 5 hours a day. Weekends Free.
